Debbie has 20 years of fundraising experience working within fundraising agencies and client side for charities such as WWF. Her specialism is individual giving, troubleshooting existing programmes or setting up new ones. Her strategic planning and ideas have helped to address a wide range of fundraising challenges, resulting in raising millions of pounds for the sector. 

Debbie worked with one client for over six years to help grow their individual giving income from less than £1m to almost £7m in 2014. This included the relaunch of their committed giving scheme and the introduction of new products such as virtual gifts. Alongside this, their bread and butter appeals were overhauled, with better audience targeting and segmentation enabling income to double in just two years. 

Debbie has an MSc in Marketing Management, her dissertation focusing on how charities can use digital media to increase levels of giving. Debbie has skill sets across direct marketing, strategic planning, new product development, digital, donor development, donor recruitment and campaign analysis.
