I work with charities supporting them to: identify the impact they want to have, create a theory of change – explaining how they will get there and to set up an evaluation and monitoring system to track the impact of their actions

I have over 15 years experience of working with charities, across a range of issues - from health, animal welfare, disability rights and the youth sector - creating successful campaigns and strategies seeking to bring about sustainable long lasting impact which brings benefit to the charity’s beneficiaries. All of these strategies have included evaluation frameworks so that the organisation could describe the impact they were creating through their work.
