Felicia Willow

A specialist Charity Consultant, experienced charity CEO and qualified lawyer with a significant track record of both charity consulting and transformational leadership, bringing a highly analytical brain and creative problem-solving approach to meet the needs of charities.

Felicia has led seven charities across either appointments through periods of change and crisis with exceptional success, including the Fawcett Society and the Shannon Trust. She is an expert in charity governance, strategic planning and culture. She is a dynamic and effective facilitator, dellivering Board development workshops, strategy awaydays and culture workshops.

Felicia has served as Vice-Chair of ActionAid amongst other Board-level appointments and understands the challenges on both sides of the Board table.

Felicia works extensively with Boards through Board effectiveness and governance reviews and other support. Experienced in crisis management, she is also able to provide clear and supportive advice for charities facing unexpected challenges.
