Joanne Mitchell

Joanne is an experienced consultant in Justice, strategy, business development, transformation and programme management. 

With 20 years’ experience in the public, private and third sectors Joanne has delivered a range of consultancy services to Government departments, local authorities and third sector organisations. 

Joanne has held senior positions within prisons, probation and community projects focusing on case management, safeguarding and support of vulnerable cohorts and, business transformation and change. Joanne’s experience includes the senior management within prisons, probation and secure training centres.
