She specialises in direct mail appeals, but also delivers legacy campaigns, major donor reports, annual reviews, case for support documents and supporter engagement campaigns – from creative concepts through to final collateral.
With a background in newspaper journalism and subsequently head of communications for a major international charity, Claire understands the power of a good story. She provides training and mentoring in fundraising copywriting, and also carries out overseas and UK reporting assignments for charities wanting to tell stories of their impact.
