Lucinda Shaw

COACH

Gentle, courageous and curious in her approach, Lucinda’s at her most effective when working with people motivated to delve deep and do what it takes to make the change they want – even if the shape of that change is yet to become clear. Her core belief is that we can all be more effective, happier, confident and fulfilled than we might ever have believed.

Lucinda particularly enjoys working with people in the workplace, where we inevitably spend so much of our time. She has considerable experience coaching people who feel they present themselves in one way and yet, underneath, don’t feel good enough and are convinced everyone else has it all worked out. The results have been remarkable, with many of her clients finding the courage and confidence to unleash their tremendous potential and going on to achieve great things for their organisations.

Through her coaching, clients realise they can do it – whatever ‘it’ is – are stronger and able to determine what they want, before then taking the steps to get there. In learning about themselves through the work Lucinda does with people, clients reconnect with their own wisdom, strengths and resources, leading to the increased self-belief and confidence that so many people seek.

Alongside running her successful coaching practice, Lucinda is a consultant with the Stroke Association and a faculty member of The Leadership Trust, where she is a coach-facilitator on its week-long flagship course Leadership in Management.
