A former charity CEO, Claire has a proven track record in leading successful organisational change. She is a dynamic, innovative leader with highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to see the big picture.

Claire is experienced in strategic reviews and planning, and has successfully led service improvements and redesign, as well as governance reviews, a rebrand and significant culture change. She has over 30 years' experience in the field of health and social care, working initially in the statutory sector, and most recently in national, regional and local charities, including a hospice caring for both adults and children.

Claire's skills and knowledge include organisational development, charity governance and strategic planning. She has effectively negotiated to secure statutory and corporate funding, and written successful bids and business cases. She has studied charity management at post-graduate level, and successfully developed a strong structure and team to achieve greater income and impact.
