He is astute, resourceful, and tenacious and able to use his skills and knowledge in major gift fundraising to support a growth oriented progressive organisation. Mr Ndee wants to apply his fundraising abilities and experience within an environment where they will make a significant impact on the bottom line. The ideal environment would be entrepreneurial and one in which new ideas are welcome and decision making is required. He can combine meticulous research with strong networking capacity to create sustainable fundraising pathways. Terry has experience of consulting and has been working with medium and large size organisations in the UK and Overseas.

Recently, Mr Ndee acted as Consultant to three Universities in Rivers State, Nigeria working with them in various areas of University Advancement e.g. Major gifts and High net-worth individual fundraising, alumni relations development, capital campaigns, donor research, donor relationship management, fundraising strategy and raising funds from abroad etc. He has contacts in public and private sectors, a certified member of the UK Institute of Fundraising and academic qualifications in International Relations & Diplomacy, International Studies and Charity Marketing & Fundraising.
