Operation Mobilisation (OM) is seeking an experienced Major Gifts Manager who is passionate about making Jesus known throughout the world.
The mission of OM is to see vibrant communities of Jesus followers among the least reached, with the vision to have a vibrant community of Jesus followers in reach of everyone and the ambition to catalyse 25,000 new vibrant communities of Jesus followers annually by 2030.
The main purpose of the Major Gifts Manager role is to grow and manage a portfolio of strategic funding partnerships with high net worth individuals to achieve ambitious financial targets in order to advance the global mission of Operation Mobilisation.
OM is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual, with proven success at stewarding and growing a major gifts portfolio, working with high net worth individuals with the capacity of giving large gifts £50k or more.
Salary: in the range £50,000 to £55,000 pa
Location: This is a hybrid role, with the role holder to be based in London, or with ready access to an alternative strategic market of the employer’s choosing, in order to be able to capitalise on regular face to face meetings with partners (donors).
