Joy Gascoigne

I’m delighted to engage with charities of all kinds in their vital work for public benefit.

My work is around supporting organisations and individuals in developing strategy and operations, governance, change management, promotion, coaching, mentoring and team building.

Having recently earned a prestigious award for leadership coaching and mentoring, I plan carefully for meetings, team events, awaydays and conferences to maximise on engagement, and for personal mentoring sessions in order to realise potential.

Having recently completed work on transitional leadership for a national organisation, I am currently undertaking some research on leadership in innovation and change.

In several years of senior church leadership I have gained extensive experience in community transformation, project management, training and managing volunteers, safeguarding and finance.

In my spare time I enjoy reading, gardening and walking.
