Mark is passionate about helping organisations (at any stage) develop the right structure and strategies to ensure economic, programme and impact growth and sustainability within an innovative and forward-looking culture. 

Mark is the former CEO of WeSeeHope, where for 20 years he led the organisational, fundraising and programme strategy, and grew the charity from £400k to £1.6m annual revenue, raising over £25m to support 700,000+ children in Sub-Saharan Africa.

In the previous decade, he was founder and CEO of The Fitness Network, an integrated retail, e-commerce and B2B operation, where he scaled the business to £6m+ annual revenue and secured £1m+ in venture capital investment.

Mark lives by the sea in Hove with his wife, and has 2 adult children.
