Action Planning’s people are passionate about the not-for-profit sector and about helping organisations succeed. Our Chairman, David Saint, and our Chief Executive, Aneesha Moreira, have worked within the sector at a senior level for many years (as staff and trustees) and are constantly striving to make Action Planning’s services ever more relevant to the sector’s changing needs.

Action Planning is led by our Chairman and Chief Executive who have outstanding senior sector experience. Each of our specialist services is led by a Director with recent and relevant sector expertise. We have a hub, our conference and workshop team and a support team based in our office in Surrey. Our team of highly committed. specialist consultants are based all across the UK.

Action Planning was founded by our Chairman, David Saint, 22 years ago. The organisation has helped thousands of not-for-profit organisations in that time. Our mission remains unchanged – to help not-for-profits to succeed and our passion is un-diminished.
