Case study: Helping a well founded charity step up to the next level

Every organisation goes through step change moments, one of the most tricky being that shift from “kitchen table” charity to “established organisation". It is in these moments that external facilitation can be so valuable. CEASE UK, the Centre to End All Sexual Exploitation, had achieved much to be proud of since its foundation in March 2019 but now needed to step up.
